Welcome Party

The Welcome Party will be held on Sunday 18th August from 18:00 to 22:00 at the Restaurant "Valdovų Sodas"

Address: 3, Valdovų rūmai, Vilnius, 01143 Vilniaus m. sav.

The restaurant is located at the back of Grand Dukes palace, between the Palace and Gediminas Castle Hill.

Gala Dinner

Gala dinner will be held on Wednesday 21st August from 18:00 to 22:00 at the Palace of the Grand Dukes in Vilnius.

Participation to the Gala dinner is included in the Conference fee so all participants registered can attend.

A guided tour around the Palace of the Grand Dukes will also be organised prior to the Gala Dinner at 16:30. The decision on your participation to this guided tour will be collected upon your arrival at the Registration desk.

The National Museum – Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania was founded in 2009 and is housed in a historic residence - the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania in Vilnius Lower Castle.  The Museum collects, preserves, researches, and presents the historical and cultural heritage of the Lithuanian state, the Grand Dutchy of Lithuania, and its rulers through various means, including permanent exhibitions of rich and unique archaeological findings, collections of European applied and fine arts from the Gothic to the Baroque periods, and other valuable materials related to Lithuanian studies.
